In an effort to support equitable access to camp priority registration is now open for any campers who identify as/with an equity-deserving group or community. Full registration for all campers will open on Wednesday, June 7. This will be a self-identified process and on the honour system. We ask campers to reflect on their access needs and register for camp accordingly. Please note: BCWC is a 19+ camp with some exceptions for mature youth (17-18 yrs) attending with an adult.

To stay up to date on registration announcements and other camp news, please make sure you’re signed up for the BCWC newsletter here.

Camp registration fees are set so we cover costs of putting on camp, including planning meetings outside of camp. Full registration is $700 CAN or US for 2023. We recognize that camp may seem expensive, especially given the high cost of living in the Pacific Northwest. We invite everyone to consider what we receive at camp: all our meals, skilled teachers who travel (sometimes great distances) to co-create the paths and rituals and share their knowledge with us; plus our incredible location! We also offer various payment options and payment plans, all explained on the registration form, and we also offer scholarships or an opportunity to participate in camp set up and take down with the Woo Crew.

A $100 non-refundable fee will be applied to all cancellations. Cancellations received after Aug 15 will forfeit the entire payment if the camp is not filled. After Aug 15 there are no refunds, other than for exceptional situations. We encourage anyone needing to cancel to look for another camper to give or sell your registration to, rather than asking for a refund.
