The organizing team has made the difficult decision to postpone in-person camp until summer 2023. We are hoping to offer an online gathering for the fall of 2022. When we have more information about online offerings we will share it widely.  To stay up to date on registration announcements and other camp news, please make sure you’re signed up for the BCWC newsletter here.

Camp registration fees are set so we cover costs of putting on camp, including planning meetings outside of camp. We recognize that camp may seem expensive, especially given the high cost of living in the Pacific Northwest. We invite everyone to consider what we receive at camp: all our meals, skilled teachers who travel (sometimes great distances) to co-create the paths and rituals and share their knowledge with us; plus our incredible location! We also offer various payment options and payment plans, all explained on the registration form, and we also offer scholarships or an opportunity to participate in camp set up and take down with the Woo Crew.

A $75 non-refundable fee will be applied to all cancellations. Cancellations received after July 31 will forfeit the entire payment if the camp is not filled. After August 12 there are no refunds, other than for exceptional situations. We encourage anyone needing to cancel to look for another camper to give or sell your registration to, rather than asking for a refund.
