Your registration form will offer various payment options, one of which is Paypal, which you can access via the link at the bottom of this page. A minimum $75 deposit is required to secure your registration.

If necessary, you may register using paper and post (snail-mail); email us to receive a form.


The fee range this year is a sliding scale of $675-950 CAD or USD. Camp registration fees are set so we cover costs of putting on camp, including planning meetings outside of camp. Fees include all instruction and other camp activities, accommodation (tent or cabin), and food. We offer various payment options and payment plans, all explained on the registration form.

About the sliding scale:

The actual cost of camp is $675 per camper. However, camp needs income in order to provide financial assistance, fund work exchange campers, respond to unforeseen expenses, and keep a financial buffer to see us through hard times and slow years. Below are suggested guidelines for deciding on your payment within the sliding scale of $675-$950:

If you have income of $40,000 or less per year, consider paying the minimum and perhaps asking for assistance through scholarship or work exchange.

If you have income of $40,000 to $60,000 per year, please try to pay a bit more to help with scholarships if possible. If needed, ask for assistance.

If you have income of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, please try to pay $774.

If you have income of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, please try to pay $874. If you have income above $100,000 per year, please try to pay $950.

The above are only guidelines. Your actual contribution to the community may depend on the number of people you support on your income as well as other factors known only to you. We strongly encourage all campers who cannot afford the minimum to apply for scholarships or work exchange.

Early Bird Incentive

BCWC offers an incentive for early registration. Those paying their deposit by Beltane (May 1st) may pay at the 2016 sliding scale: $650-$900. We very much appreciate those who pay their fees early. The BCWC Org cell has to pay a number of deposits and fees ahead of camp. Those early paid registration fees make paying those fees and deposits much easier.


A $75 non-refundable fee will be applied to all cancellations. Cancellations received after July 31 will forfeit the entire payment if the camp is not filled. After August 12 there are no refunds, other than for exceptional situations. We encourage anyone needing to cancel to look for another camper to give or sell your registration to, rather than asking for a refund.
