Camp Fees
Full registration is $700 CAN or US.
This is the cost of each camper if camp is full. Total payment due by Aug 15, 2023. As we strive for camp to be financially accessible for all, and to be sustainable into the future, you are encouraged to assess your ability to contribute.
You are welcome to apply for financial aid if the cost is beyond your reach. Needs-based financial assistance is given on a first-come, first-served basis until all available funds are used. Campers may apply for up to $300 in scholarship.
Deposit is $100
A $100 non-refundable fee will be applied to all cancellations. Cancellations received after August 15 will forfeit the entire payment if the camp is not filled. After August 15 there are no refunds, other than for exceptional situations. We encourage anyone needing to cancel to look for another camper to give or sell your registration to, rather than asking for a refund.
This payment gateway is billing in Canadian Dollars. (You may want to adjust your payment to help cover the $20+ fee BCWC is charged per registration.)
