BCWC 2019 Registration Update

Hello Wonderful Witches!

First of all, thank you to everyone who has already registered for camp. We are thrilled to know you will be joining us at Evans Lake. Our confirmation letter to each of you will be sent out at summer solstice.

Our registration numbers to date are down slightly from previous years, and we strongly encourage you to sign up for camp sooner than later if at all possible.

Payment Plans and Timelines

When you register you may choose to pay your fees straight away or through a payment plan with a registration fee of at least $75 to hold your spot. All fees must be paid by July 30, 2019.

It’s important to have our registration income at least match our expenses, and right now we are looking at the possibility of another negative balance year. The continuity of camp is tenuous, and we’re working hard to ensure BCWC will continue for generations to come.

If you want to support camp with a contribution, please consider donating an item to our online auction, silent auction, or raffle. Perhaps you are able to purchase one of the donated items.
